About MSCC

The Montessori School of Corpus Christi (MSCC) is a non-profit school dedicated to the educational and social development of children aged birth to six years. For nearly 40 years, MSCC has been one of the most respected preschools in Corpus Christi. Most importantly, MSCC has provided several generations of children with the highest quality education and critical start, ensuring that they become successful and productive members of our community. We believe that there is no greater investment in the future than in our children today.

In addition to the traditional Montessori curriculum, we teach children about responsibility, community, and sustainability. We offer integrated recycling, composting, and gardening curriculum as well as weekly Spanish classes. Each of our classrooms are led by a Montessori Certified teacher.

Benefits of a Montessori Education
•    Each child is valued as a unique individual.
•    Beginning at an early age, Montessori students develop order, coordination, concentration, and independence.
•    Students are supported in becoming active seekers of knowledge.
•    Students are part of a close, caring community.

The mission of The Montessori School of Corpus Christi is to provide a unique, high quality Montessori education that gives children a solid foundation in academics, independence, social skills, and self-discipline while instilling in children a desire and love of learning, self, and the environment.
